Had to wait for 10 mins to be served just to be told that the sub of the day was out of stock. Ridiculous Came back next week and they said they don't do sub of the day on Fridays despite having the sign up? Complaint sent to head office as they are clearly not offering the correct service. Now they have a permanent banner up which says that one item is "out of stock"??? How the heck can it always be out of stock? Only because the margin they make on that sandwich is low so they can disobey the subway brand and lie to customers faces. Another complaint made

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE VIA JUST EAT ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE ON A HOSPITAL WARD WITH A SICK CHILD!!!! Placed order fine driver arrived luckily had signal unfortunatly unable to answer as i had nurse in at the time. Couldnt get through to the driver and restaurant unwilling to help and werent prepared to get hold of the driver. If you want subway from this place go and collect it. Subway cowley your lucky to get 1 star. Realistically its a -10

two men working there served me wrong order despite I've made it clear what I wanted and wrapped everything. when I came out the shop and sat in my car to open food find order completely wrong.

Ordered through uber eats. They got my order wrong adding thing that we don't eat and putting spicy sauce on my sub called to see if they would fix the problem and told me uver eats would refund for there mistake. Uner eats refuses and subway taking no responsibility. Absolutely disgusting customer service ! And a waste of our time/ money as just wasn't edible for us with that sauce.

Entered the store to be confronted by a female worker stating 'Where's your mask' I explained I am exempt and displayed my html govenent downloaded badge. The manger got involved and claimed 'anyone can download these' I replied yes the. Gov site has no requirement for name, date of birth and address. He told the female worker to carry on and he stated 'we will serve you this time' this I believe Chinese gentle man manager (this is a an equity store) not franchise I believe has an in ability to offer customer service and be polite and friendly at the best of times, continued to speak and state 'to the female worker to carry on, some people are too cleaver' The the phrase is 'too cleaver by half' to be exact and is used by ones who are 100% confident or by ones who despise another's Inteligence. The manager displayed regret at the fact I knew the law and had an exemption. This is deformation of my character and against the disability act. £9000 min fine, is costs. How can anyone be 'too cleaver' because they are aware of law and legislation to protect them selves against prejudice managers like him? Full complaint and claim to be followed up. However I am a reasonable man I will accept an apology here and put this down as a training fail.
