Bloody joke of a doctors surgery. Tell me they can't send px to pharmacy2u weeks ago and now they send it to them even though its controlled it won't be dispensed! Can never get thru to this joke of a surgery they won't bother to buy a queue system.

Expect to phone an average of 40 times to get thru. I could post screenshots of my call logs to prove this is no exaggeration. When you finally get a line that's not engaged expect to be told there's no available appointments but neither can you book for a few weeks time as those appointments haven't been added to the system yet. Expect to be told to phone back next week so you can enjoy a repeat of the whole charade. Being added to a cancelation list is no solution. I am not available to attend a cancellation appointment at short notice as I am a busy working mum in precarious employment with no transport. When I have attempted to be seen in the walk in clinic I've been told - guess what- 'see your GP'. Starting to wonder if this mysterious person is just a myth of whispered sightings. Remember when the NHS was the pride of Britain? If you're under 40 you won't. Abysmal service on its last gasp in my experience.

Excellent service, been at stoneycoft for at least a decade. Dr Buhrs is extremely approachable, professional and friendly. Dr Bainbridge is great although it's difficult to get a appointment with her, probably because she is very popular. However if I ever need a emergency appointment, I've been seen that day. Receptionists Tracy, Ann are both professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended this GP service.

Dr Bainbridge is a treasure. Listens properly, really good with unusual conditions, does her research, explains things well and includes you in the decisions. Exactly what you'd want from a GP. Other doctors have been equally helpful and the receptionists are friendly and helpful too.

This surgery has gone to the dogs!! I have been with them since their premises was on Corinthian Avenue many years ago when Dr Manley was there & an excellent Dr he was too. I've unfortunately discovered that they now have a bell outside & the door is locked, yes locked! to patients! You have to press the bell & then discuss your medical problem while stood on the street talking through the intercom as to why you want to enter the Drs. Patient confidentiality completely & utterly disregarded while you discuss your medical problem with the receptionist on the other end of the intercom & whoever is stood behind you in the street or passers by in the street!!! Absolutely discusted with the whole process & managers need to urgently rectify this disgraceful disregard for patient confidentiality. The rest of us people in this country has had to go back to work as normal on the Prime Minister's orders during this pandemic, why can't Stoneycroft Medical Centre do the same??? And don't even think of seeing a Dr face to face, not a chance in hell!!
