Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists – Liverpool liverpool

Had a routine eye test there - that was done nicely by staff and had no problems there. However, they noticed swelling behind my eyes and played it very casually - said the hospital will be touch but that was it. Didn't tell me any more, didn't give me a referral or anything so I went about my day as normal. Flash forward four hours and I'm rushing to A&E after being demanded to go in. Staff at Specsavers should know more about when this happens and tell customers full information. I was kept in the dark.

Beware: some staff don't seem to have a clue about what's going on. A quote for same specs requirements changed from £40 to £190 in a matter of 12 hours. Their policy demands to dispose of quotes at the end of the day but they don't give them to potential customers to keep and consider in an informed way So in my case the supervisor went through the shredding bin to find mine and see I wasn't lying. Soap opera.

Lovely and friendly staff! I stayed in Liverpool as a tourist and they were very helpful in resolving a concern with my lenses. Exceptional quality of service!

My wife called in today on my behalf to see what could be done about my glasses that I had broken and maybe be repaired urgently. The young lady she spoke to was a credit to Specsavers who went out of her way to ensure that my glasses would be sorted immediately, this was very important to me as I have to go into Hospital on Monday and needed them urgently. I thought Christmas was Tuesday but she showed us it was today also . My customer number is 109348 Our grateful thanks Tom & Pat

The staff were really helpful here. I got a thorough eye test that the optician explained as he went along. The staff downstairs were amazing with helping me choose the right specs for my weirdly shaped head and close together pig eyes. Couldn't be happier.

I'd had a bad experience in a store by the same company, however on reaching out to this store they were happy to do a problem solve. Becca was patient and asked lots of questions to find the problem then agreed I needed a new test. It had been 3 months since my test at the other store. I was booked in. On returning I did not have to wait long, a pretest was taken out then I saw a lovely lady called jen. She tested my eyes thoroughly and told me the reason I had a problem and agreed the lenses were not suitable. A lovely guy called Jordan made sure I got up and down the stairs safely. I picked up my glasses today and saw becca again and she appeared happy for me that the problem solve was worth it. I can't recommend this store highly enough. Every staff member I encountered was amazing and I look forward to being cared for at this store in the future. No other word than amazing, oh! And thank you! 😃j

A really positive experience. I was so impressed with the customer service I received. The whole store had a great atmosphere but I specifically want to thank Veronica and Katie. They both were super friendly and helpful. I am looking forward to collecting my new glasses :D

Dear (Steph), you don't need to be rude and arrogant with customers especially children ! It's a shame for some one like you to work in a professional field ! My family and I, were loyal customer since 2017. Never experienced such poor and unprofessional attitude like this lady.
