Fantastic Service, needed a ring made bigger and they could not of helped me more. The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. I expected to wait a while for the repair/alteration but was surprised when they said it would be fine within the hour. And I was even more surprised when they called me about 30 minutes later to say it was ready. Great service and I was really impressed happy.

I had a very sad experience at your store yesterday. I came in a little unsure of what I wanted, instead of a warm reception and a little encouragement I was sneered at by an older lady who was front of house. My engagement ring had become a little to big for me and I wanted to know what my options were other than just resizing. She walked off upstairs with my ring without asking. Then quite loudly and as if I was wasting her time came back down the stairs announcing to the shop and the other customer present ‘it’s not even a diamond, why are you bothering!’. I was so embarrassed. It may not have been much to her, but the sentimental value in my ring far out ways any carat. I had previously explained to the lady the big day was only a couple of weeks away and this situation was handled with absolutely no care or tact. I may have been completely unaware. What was meant to be an exciting time left me feeling really underwhelmed. I went to another shop down the road, the experience was exceptionally superior.

Needed a wedding ring, wanted a chunky one of about 11 grams in weight. Went to shops and was quoted over £800 but they could not tell me the weight, for that price you need to know how much gold you are getting. Went to Stephens Jones and immediately felt at ease, assistant was knowledgeable, and happy to tell me the weight of gold. I opted to provide the gold myself, and get one made from scratch. For less than half of the price I have got a truly lovely ring, so heavy and sturdy, and looks so expensive, just what I wanted. I cannot recommend Stephen Jones enough - Thank You so much, you really understood what I wanted.

Great service and they did a fabulous repair, clean and polish on my rings. The price was really competitive and the shop was busy with happy customers. Forget the faceless big jewellers and get yourself some personal customer service.

Needed my wedding ring finger measured as my flight home had been cancelled. Wasn't even buying anything. They happily helped out and were really friendly.

Extremely helpful jewellers, who undertake work on the premises. If you need any work on items of especial sentimental value, this is the place for you. Mr Jones is an exceptional gentleman.

We've used Stephen for over 30 years and have had several items made and repaired by him. The service and quality has always been first class. On one visit to his shop we told him about how a bangle that he'd made for my wife had been stolen in a burglary. We left an item for repair and when we returned to pick it up he'd made a replacement free of charge for us!
