Took an engagement ring in to see if I could get it valued so I know how much it would be worth, the fella explained that they need to send pictures to there head office and I would recieve a reply by the end of the week, my ring was gone for over 20 minutes and eventually when it was return, he wrote my name and number on a piece of scrap paper. Over a week later I have had to call and chase up the valuation only to be told that I should of received a quote within the hour. Now they are saying they can’t remember sending any pictures or can’t remember me going in with my ring. Suspicious! of course I am. so I will now have to find a jewellers who I can trust. The fella that works there has since apologise and asked for me to go back. Wouldn’t trust this shop or the staff, Go elsewhere.
