My boyfriend and I went to Liverpool, England from the States recently. We had been ring shopping for a few weeks but saw little that piqued our interest in the USA. We were treated with respect and kindness. The staff answered ALL the questions we had, and went above and beyond the call of duty. The quality of craftsmanship we saw was exemplary. We will be making a purchase very soon.

Bought our wedding rings here yesterday . Everyone was lovely and really helpful. Not rushed and made to feel welcome, even though to was late afternoon and just before Christmas. Very down to earth. We were given a bottle of Champagne as a Christmas present as we left. Cleaned my engagement ring for me while we looked at wedding rings. Previously bought my engagement ring in their Manchester store and had amazing service there also.

Never experienced service like it. Guy in there couldn't of made it more obvious that he didn't want

Never experienced service like it. Guy in there couldn't of made it more obvious that he didn't want us in there! Girl behind counter was lovely but when introduced to someone that could help with our query, talk about being made to feel unwelcome. He was totally disinterested and was clearly far to "busy". He pointed out that there is a cheaper jewellery shop up the road so maybe we should go there. Would not recommend here at all!
