I am astonished by a certain feedback left bye a certain person about the Manageress of your Birkenhead brand of H&T Pawnbrokers Mrs Tara Sabri. I am regular shopper in the store. I found the Manageress to be very helpful in all matter of the work she has too do. She is very hard working, very polite to her customers and her work colleagues. And will go to great lengths to help her customers. Weather you are shopping there. Pawning jewellery, selling jewellery. Cash loans or any other business. I will only shop at that jewellery shop or another H&T store. She is a credit to H&T Pawnbrokers & Company. Here staff are all very helpful and very polite. DO NOT TAKE YOUR GOLD TO THIS PLACE, YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF! Yesterday they offered £12 per gram of 9K gold even though the spot price was over £17, I literally walked around the corner to Cash Converters and got over £150 more for a gold chain.

This place is a hidden gem I have had all sorts from here over the years staff are really nice and very helpful I must say I do miss the old staff Zoe and Justin but the staff there at the minute are lovely as well. They gave me a much higher price than anywhere else when I sold my husbands watch. Definitely recommend ☺️
