Starbucks Coffee york

Forgot it was a bank holiday at the designer outlet, big mistake. Waited almost forty minutes for a sausage sandwich and a cheese panini. Lukewarm coffee once I got seated. Tables left uncleared. Staff all over the place with seemingly little direction. Not a smile to be seen and although they tried hard to get orders completed, it seemed that warming up food one item at a.time really wasn't cutting it.

This is the nicest Starbucks I’ve been to, the staff are friendly and know my face and my soya venti latte coffee is always lovely.

Queued for 10 minutes to place my order for the pleasure of standing even longer in a second queue to collect it. When I got it it was bitter won't be visiting again

Just what you would expect in terms of a starbucks, however, dont stop here if you're in a rush. The place is busy and you end up waiting to order then waiting about twice as long again to collect your order. Its not a staffing issue (they are all really friendly and there are quite a few of them) its just that they can only do so much with the space they have.

I always love stopping for a cheeky white chocolate mocha, my wife however favours Costa as they're a bit more transparent regarding their taxes, I however am willing to throw my morals out for a superior cup of cha. With no other alternative in site and a particularly long drive I remortgaged my house and managed to persuade my nearest and dearest to begrudgingly have a pumpkin spice latte. She loved it, hopefully she won't spit on me next time I say your name aloud. Side note friendly staff.

Great coffee shop. Very expensive, but the taste is amazing. They also offer 10% blue light discount!

Lovely shop service alittle slow but otherwise great for a hot drink and catch up with a friends

Really busy but staff are very friendly and constantly keeping this branch clean , they try their best to be quick and the wait was not too long considering the amount of customers ordering.

Busy laal place, good selection of snacks and friendly staff.

Slow and pathetic service. It took 43 minutes to serve just a couple of drinks without any food / snacks. Good lads in the front desk however they are seriously understaffed. They have two kiosks / till machines where only one was functional at the peak time (5 to 6 PM on a Saturday eve). Being located in a popular location, soul coffee / Starbucks need to invest more staffs and operate all tills fully functional.
