Shocked. Surgery is dated with no permanent doctor, only a locum who is late to work every Wednesday and Thursday. Appointments are only available 4-6 weeks in advance, receptionists are unprofessional, having loud, private phone calls in front of patients. Really unprofessional practice - not sure how it’s still allowed to run.

Literally impossible to get an appointment. The receptionist is a disgrace. She has a local accent yet behaves like she is above everybody. It seems to me they are deliberately running g this GP surgery into the ground. Do not waste your time attending. Find a different GP.

Worst surgery in Liverpool. Avoid.

Can never get through on the phone, have to go in person for an appointment that's 3 weeks away

Unbelievable shame on you. Nobody answer. I will go there to smash the door.

Put me on antidepressants without telling me, I look up all medication before I take it and a good job I do or I wouldn't of found out. I agree with all the other 1 stars reviews as well
