I didn't have the best experiences with Brownlow before, but I was sent to this specific branch two months ago for a phlebotomy and it was quite good. The receptionists were kind and and the nurse that drew the blood for me respected the fact that I have genuine needle phobia so did her best to make me feel comfortable and didn't hurt me at all (I have had bad experiences with blood tests in various centres in Liverpool and this was one of the best experiences). Their service is also very timely and quick, as my whole visit lasted nine (9) minutes.

Utterly useless, prescription was not sent over when promised and you have to call them at 7 am to be able to talk to someone. Instead of wasting your time replying to this review telling me to fill in some bs form on your website, fix this place and hire competant staff

I signed up for this clinic when I moved months ago and until now I couldn't meet the GP! when I went to the reception I asked them to make an appointment for me because I don't speak English and I have hearing problems and I can't call, and They didn't care and kept telling me I had to call them! I am really frustrated and shocked, There are supposed to be exceptions it is very easy.I just need to meet GP, I don’t know what difference is between call or making an appointment through reception, and You are supposed to have an email, so that it is easy for us to contact you when necessary. Or provide an online booking service for those who want to do so

My parents are both patients at this surgery and I am absolutely disgusted at what I am being told. I have been told that the system you operate is totally ridiculous and unacceptable. Patients are asked to phone up at 8am to gain an appointment. This is impossible as most times you are unable to get through for a good half an hour and by that time, guess what?, all appointments have gone. You have then got to try and call back at 1pm and the same problem occurs again. Plus they are told that they can never book any advanced appointments. FOR HEAVENS SAKE WHAT HAPPENED TO THE OLD SYSTEM AS IS WORKED FINE. Please sort this mess out before someone who needs to be seen gives up trying and is taken seriously ill. Please don't reply telling me to leave a comment on your website as you just need to change your system.
