This place is an absolute joke, my nan passed away on sunday, me and the funeral directors have phoned many times since first thing Monday morning trying to get the medical certificate so we can register the death. Weve had excuse after excuse because apparently the doctor who dealt with had left so they didnt know what to do about it. You would think there would be procedures in place for if any doctors leave. Then the funeral directors called them yet again this morning and they said oh the doctor who's doing it is off today, knowing dam well we had been calling for two days. Eventually they sent the doctor to sort what needed doing but still I cannot pick up the certificate as they're saying its still not ready. This is the most awful service at a really hard time in our lives as if dealing with our mum/nans death isnt hard enough!!!!!

Terrible, would NOT recommend. For the 4th time in less than 18 months they have messed-up my repeat prescription. On this latest occassion, over a week after putting my request for a repeat prescription in the box on the Reception counter (that is marked for repeat prescription requests), they completely failed to process it! They are completely and utterly incompetant.

absolutely dreadful phone service upon booking appointments. The medical centre opens at 8am, so I called up at 8am only to not get through till about 8:30am. This used to be a really good GP's but lately, it has been impossible to get an appointment! when you finally get through, the only appointments available are with the practice nurse. it's almost as if no GP's work there anymore.

As with other reviews here, the phone does not get answered! To add insult to injury they make you stand at the door and press a button. Reception staff sit looking at you and nobody answers the door. Another patient had to let me in. The doctors are genuinely fine... when and if you ever get to see one. It is understood that the call volume is high but the reception staff need replacing with more competent staff. This was once a lovely well run place but its ridiculous now.

Wait hours to get through on phone, then send you an awful diagnostic link to fill in which tells you to go to A&E everytime!! When you get the surgery, really unprofessional staff with no customer facing skills speak to you and shout your business, like everyone has hearing difficulties. They shout your name and business all over the waiting area...NO GDPR going on here!! You have to stand waiting whilst she finished her phone calls before you can give your name in. Was going dizzy and sick waiting for so long at the counter....no apology. Just a disgrace!

I wanted to thank Jubilee Medical Centre for helping to save my 30 year old husbands life. He had only been unwell 3 days when I rang and was becoming increasingly unwell. The reception staff were lovely and helpful and I got a telephone appointment with the doctor the same day 13/8/21. Unfortunately I was unable to answer the first call as my husband was needing my help in the toilet but the doctor made sure to phone back and referred us into Whiston Hospital A&E to get checked. I had already rang for an ambulance as was getting increasingly worried and was unable to get him in the car, unfortunately the ambulance took 7 hours with their overstretched service. By the time the paramedics arrived he looked slightly better and observations were ok and am not convinced they would have taken him in if the GP had not referred. I am just so relieved the doctor aired on the side of caution as it turned out he was critically unwell with septicaemia and only really clinically deteriorated a few hours after being in A&E but had already started on treatment by this point when blood tests were terrible. He is now home in recovery following an intensive care stay and open heart surgery and the GP practice have continued to be amazing. The GP 7/9/21 was also so kind and listened to my concerns during his recovery and arranged relevant tests and prescribed additional medication and making sure mentally we were both ok after all the trauma. Felt he was so genuinely empathic and it really settled my anxieties and my husbands. Thank you all so much, I know the practice and the NHS saved my husbands life.
