Spent a wonderful day at the spa, enjoyed a short dip in the pool before going for my treatment (the African wrap) the masseuse was professional and explained everything to me at each step of the process. I found the whole thing relaxing and my skin felt silky smooth, we were then shown to the relaxation room for tea and cake (my favourite). The day was finished of with a delicious afternoon tea in the main hotel area (The Hansom).

Loved my experience at the day spa! Booked a journey to English garden. Started with a scrub that exfoliated entire body, then after a quick rinse the best massage and facial I’ve ever received. I was drifting off during the facial and i am a very light sleeper so that speaks to the comfort. Foot and hand treatment were just the barest of massages though I do admit I was expecting more from that. Afterwards we got to use the facilities which were nice and not too crowded since it was a Monday. Pool is a lovely temperature and the jets were not too strong. You could hear the underground but did not take me out of it. Showers were clean and relaxing. Would come again!

The staff was friendly and the place was pretty. I had a one hour aroma massage which was excellent.. the pool however is not warm enough to relax in there. The armchairs they offer are not really comfortable and in odd locations..not really suitable if you want to comfortably relax.. the sauna was out of order which was a disappointment.. I would go back for a treatment but not for the spa area..

Fantastic Saturday Spa Day! 5 of us went for a friend's birthday. We were given a tour of the facilities and then directed to our lockers with big fluffy robe, towel & flip flops. The swimming pool is small so much more for relaxing and talking or gentle laps. It's not the fanciest spa but it's clean & has all the things you need. The jacuzzi function is at your disposal and switches off after a while so you can stop & start as you like. Sauna was great, had a shower & then dip back in the pool before finishing in the steam room. Bliss! We all went for the hot Salt scrub & despite being an insomniac, I fell asleep! The 60 minutes breeze by, and my skin a few days later is still soft! I have very sensitive skin & had no reaction. I also had a damaged calf muscle and I felt 80% less pain after, which was a wonderful surprise. You finish with a cup of mint tea under covers in a chillout room, & I felt utterly blissful. I'm already planning my next visit.

The hotel is beautiful and has these big staircases, halls etc. It is a bit surprising that the pool, the gym and the sauna rooms are quite small. The pool is more like a bigger jacuzzi. You cannot properly swim like for workout. But the atmosphere is absolutely great and the rain showers are out of this world!!! Never showered like that, it's amazing! There are enough towels of good quality and the staff was helpful, maybe a tiny bit stressed. The hair dryers are from Dyson but unfortunately very awful. They overheat (all of them) after a few seconds and I could only cool dry my hair. Another plus: There is a separate ladies' sauna (Finnish). The location of St. Pancras is of course out of question the best as it is in London's heart.

The spa does have beautiful facilities but the service was very poor. We were staying at the hotel and found it very difficult to book the massage in advance. For the amount of money you expect better service in terms of attentiveness and professionalism. The staff need more training as it was also just a bad massage. If you’re staying at the hotel it’s worth going somewhere else.

Absolutely abysmal customer service and communication. Who knows what the spa is like, because you absolutely cannot get through to book. I’ve called at multiple different times a day, for most days over the last 3 weeks. The hotel reception just transfer you to the spa voicemail and the team ignore emails too. I’ve even had a 3rd party booking service try to book on my behalf and even they can’t get through, and that’s their sole purpose! The service levels need to be improved and I’d recommend to anyone thinking of booking here to find an alternative!

Beautiful spa, was a surprise day out for my partner and I. Easy to book, staff were extremely polite and helpful. We both had a massage: aromatherapy and We Relax (the We Relax one was a little better because you got to choose your oils and have some mint tea at the beginning which was a nice touch). If you book treatments you also have access to the facilities and small gym on site. The pool and jacuzzi was brilliant, lit up with multicoloured LEDs which was super fun. The only down side was the small chairs around the pools but it is a small spa so this was understandable. Not too small for both of us to end having an impromptu nap on! Thank you to all the staff, I would recommend!
