I was given a gift of a deep tissue massage as a birthday present. The massage was good and the therapist was lovely. I found out the price of the massage and was shocked!!! For the overall experience at the landmark hotel and spa this is a complete rip off.... On arriving at the landmark hotel I was not greeted by anyone at the front doors and had to navigate my own way through the old doors myself on entering in the foyer I had no idea where to go finally one of the passing by staff told me to head to the basement... That was my experience of the landmark hotel. On arriving at the spa it took a little time to be greeted by someone (understood it was a weekend and busy) but also the fact that it is a gym and people have memberships to the pool and gym these seem to take priority. I felt what was offered for the time while you are there could have been explained more - water relaxing pool etc etc. Only after the massage was done to be lead into a locked room for "relaxation" behind lock and key. Minimal loungers for relaxing around the pool, and again little to offer. I feel for the price you pay on what you receive in return is minimal, a more wholesome, fulfilling experience would have made me feel as if I would want to book the next massage the therapist tried to sell to me on leaving... Even pouring the customer a cup of tea or glass of water in an actual glass would make all the difference.... Sadly I will not be coming back, and will not recommend this spa...

Had the most perfect warming back massage today by therapist Melina. She knew exactly where the tension was without me having to explain and was so attentive. I'm already planning my next trip!

Excellent aromatic massage by Jessica on 13/11 at 3pm!! She was professional, patient and informative. Keep up the good work! Nice spa I’ve been 3 times now and enjoyed it! The spa isn’t luxurious feeling it is pretty standard and slightly overpriced.

I had the pleasure of having the aromatherapy massage during my stay at the hotel. It included a wrap and a massage by Nina which was very relaxing and felt great on my skin. The relaxation room after was a little disappointing as it was quite small but overall it was a good experience
