The 'head in the clouds' massage with Andrea was amazing! The booking process and especially trying to call the spa is tiresome due to a long automated process.. I'd also recommend booking direct via the spa website as treatwell offered a time that was not available, initially. BUT the massage was wonderful, the room was lovely, I'd definitely have that massage again.

Lovely spa and massage and relatively inexpensive. If you go take a padlock as you can use the spa changing rooms which are nicer than the swimming pool ones. You pay 20p if you use swimming pool room and lockers. They provide towels, robe and slippers. Very enjoyable afternoon.

Clean place with good friendly staff. Hot steam room. 2 star because sauna is cold. Naturally cold not warm or not hot enought. Another facility (feet masage) is closed. Maybe this place still good for people who likes steam room and jacuzzi. For people who is coming to sauna unfortunately no. I remember when this place was just open. It was warm and nice and very very tidy. Now for same money we have less. Thanks.
