When they're open, it's a quick and friendly service. However, several times I've gone down at about 6pm for them to be closed, despite saying online and on the door that they're open til 8.

Very friendly and efficient staff, always pleasant and thankful for your custom. Without going into too much detail the counter staff do actually go the extra mile to ensure you are paying the correct fees and give advice on future packaging tips to avoid jumping to to the next category. Excellent service every time I go.

5/ 5

Always a warm, friendly and efficient service despite a small v busy space and the ever frustrating and confusing division between Royal Mail & The Post Office. Also frustrating is u have to buy your envelope in the shop part before requeuing to get posted. The lovely staff deal with these difficulties with grace and work hard.

You can not get a better post office in the whole of Brighton. The staff are polite helpful very friendly and are knowledgeable. You are met with a smile and nothing is to much. The regulars that go in they always enquire to there wellbeing if they have not been seen. The 1 post office that am happy to wait in line because the customer service is the best I've ever seen.
