Lovely service, clean and displayed nicely. Never had a problem! Always greeted with a smile.

First time customer in Ann Summers and first time in dress. I went in store a week before to look at what is suitable for a themed party of people changing sex and a server help me and suggested 7 different things to try on and offered lots of help but due to time constraints I decided to come back another day when there was more time. I went back on Monday and decided to try 3 on and was helped but 3 very nice an patient staff members, Juliette, jules, and I believe the manager. I was scared of stretching the items so I got a larger size with didn’t look right but they assured me it will be ok to go smaller and not damage them. The staff was back and forth helping me with straps, laces, and opinions on how items looked. I bought the dress that looked best and would buy from there again if the need arose. I couldn’t of asked for a better service.

We returned an order that had been placed online and subsequently cancelled, but was still delivered. We were refunded and told we could keep the order! Very unexpected - thanks!

My birthday is coming up so I thought I’d stop in to get some goodies for my husband and I to enjoy but as soon as we walked in there, we were immediately followed and watched very closely as if we were going to steal something. As I was looking thru some items, I could see her watching me but decided to keep looking. At first I assumed she was going to ask if we needed help but she never did, which is a shame because I actually needed help finding something I saw online. For context: there were other people in the store, shopping freely. I’m black and my husband as well as everyone else in the shop was white. In the end, we left because she made me feel very uncomfortable and put me off the whole idea. This is not the first time I’ve been followed around a shop and watched in Brighton either.. can’t even shop for s3x toys in peace.. what a shame

The shop is set out so nice and such a great sale I picked up some amazing bargains and the staff were very friendly which makes a difference I think.

Fantastically beautiful shop. Great selection of lingerie, toys and accessories. The staff ist friendly. I wish we had an Ann Summers store in Berlin.
