Wanted to buy but despite having money and checks been done no one willing to sell. Hard enough to get to. Lots of people milling around but jobs with staff not my department. No saving in this kind of service

A bit disappointing I'm afraid. The shop was clean and tidy on both floors with lots and lots of stock. I found the trainers I was looking for on my own. The staff were around but no one came up to say hello or to see if they could help. I got to the upstairs till and the young lady really couldn't be bothered at all. She carried on talking to her colleague while she was serving me which is really annoying. She also didn't bother offering me any products to go with the trainers which is usually what you get at this establishment. I do shop at Sports Direct because most of the time they do have the product you are looking for.

We were there today. Looked for waking boots, selected a few, the staff member was very helpful and patient. He also advised well and had product knowledge. He was very polite and demonstrated great customer service skills. I forgot to take his name to mention but he was working in the footwear department on 12/10/21 @ 2-3 approximately. Thank you for your help and patience whilst we decided in footwear selection!

Its a decent size store. So there's a decent amount of choice in there. The staff are friendly and helpful. Plenty of free parking to use for a visit here. I would definitely use this store again.

Went to sports direct to exchange an item and purchase a second item. We were told put our items down on the counter and stand away. The member of staff then proceeded to continue speaking to his colleague leaving us standing there. He refunded the 1st item and put the 2and item through never once spoke. Pushed a piece of paper out onto the counter and said sign here. No please thank you nothing. Carried on speaking to his colleague and said your receipt is there mate..... in times like this you need excellent customer service to keep your customers.coming back. Needless to say I shall not be returning.

Wanted a sports outfit for size 5-6 years old. Not catering for young ones at all but plenty of shorts and tops but nothing matching apart from Adidas at £29 for matching top and shorts. Staff helped but futile. Disappointing.
