Nice layout and do love French Connection clothes. However, I walked in today (a Saturday morning) and all three sales assistants at the till completely ignored me, didn't even look in my direction or raise a smile, the entire time I was in the shop. There were cardboard boxes of stock blocking some rails, and a stepladder carelessly left across part of the floor. I spent a fair amount of time in there, as I buy from there often, but it has to be said that every single time the customer service is very very poor. You are literally ignored unless you buy something and approach the till, and even then some of the sale assistants in the past have been cold. Doesn't really make you want to shop there.
