Served by Mihaela today when I came in to get my glasses fixed after my lens had popped out. She did the job in under 5 minutes, sold me some glasses string and assisted by giving me my prescription when I asked. Great customer service and incredibly efficient.

I have been to the store for my son's eye test and had a really good experience. The staff were kind, respectful and very professional. They provided all the details that we need to know and answered all our questions well. 5 stars easily :)

I don't usually write reviews but i feel this place deserves it.i had trouble with with eye health so the first eyetest was not exactly accurate,once it improved i had a free re-test done thoroughly,extremely pleasant friendly staff.comfortable environment.they really listen to the customers needs and make you feel important and try to give you as much information possible of any findings.got 2 pairs of quality glasses for less than what i paid elsewhere for only 1 pair.as my re-test showed changes and i wasn't happy with the first test prescription,my lenses are changed in both glasses for free with no quarrels.all simple,quick and easy.will be my go to opticians from now onwards.

Courteous staff and very attentive, had eye test and everything explained to me.Very spacious premises. Able to look at various glasses without staff looking for the sale.Went back to buy my 2for1 glasses from them.Nice experience

In my own opinion staff is nice however there are struggling with time keep up. Just add 30mins on your booked time. I guess they need more staff.
