Very helpful and allowed me to swap my appointment due to running late. Parking in the area is difficult to find, so the tube is a better option. Very professional and explained everything throughout. Mark Chivers

Great experience! Staff are friendly and very efficient. I booked an appointment and saw a doctor on the same day. The Dr I saw for ear syringing was very competent and helpful and he sorted out my problem in less than 20 minutes. I will definitely use this service again and recommend it to friends & family.

Great experience. I was visiting from out of country and was able to make a same day appointment. Required some medication which was prescribed onsite. No waiting and a very friendly doctor. Wish I had this option back home. Highly recommend if you’re travelling and need to see a doc on short notice.

Very friendly (doctor, assistant and receptionists) and thorough treatment. Also appreciated the all-digital workflows which may very well be standard in London but certainly aren't in all 1st world nations.

Excellent service for 0-2 day travel COVID test. Easy to book online. Lovely Nurse Jane was caring and chatty. Bonus! Results were back within 12 hours. Very hard to find entrance though. Passed it twice before stumbling on it the third time. Perhaps some general guidance for location in the booking confirmation email would have been helpful. Especially for us out of town folks!

Absolutely disgusted with the service. Had booked for my 5 year old daughter to be seen and was a few minutes late and the doctor refused to see us. We were only late because there is no number or sign anywhere to help you find your way to the clinic and so I struggled to find it. We still had two thirds of the 15 minute appointment time remaining but still the doctor refused to see my daughter despite her being in pain and in tears in the waiting room. I also asked if the Doctor would at least speak to me even if she wouldn’t see my daughter particular given I still had 10 minutes of the appointment left and had paid. This was also refused. Really terrible service. Given the lack of any sympathy for my daughter I cannot imagine the doctor is someone you would want treating you.

I was 10minutes late because of an accident on the road and gave a call to let the receptionist know about it. I was not able to see the doctor when I arrived at the practice. I had an urgent medical problem and couldn’t have another appointment somewhere else as it was a Saturday. The receptionist didn’t want to give a call to the doctor and explain my problem as it was her« lunch time » and she couldn’t use 5 minutes of her time. This receptionist was not very helpful and preferred chatting her friends on WhatsApp rather than trying to find a solution and help me. This is not very professional for a medical practice. I was charged £85 and had to go to the emergency and wait for 3 hours to get some help. I definitely not recommend this kind of service !

I did a no muss no fuss virtual visit for a sinus infection. I received an antibiotic prescription and with 24 hours felt substantially better. The process of signing up and doing the virtual visit was seamless.

Some very decent GPs. However one appointment was cancelled without any warning. The assistant was not aware that a gp would turn at 9am whereas appointment was at 8am. Was late for another appointment because the Victoria office was difficult to locate during week end. There was no sign in a back door. And the GP refused to get my daughter examinated between appointments. Wanted me to wait for 1h1/2.. Disappointed to be treated like a $$ machine.
