Left work early and came all the way. Paid for parking to find that the spa is closed even though their closing time is 6pm. Called the number on the door only for the lady to tell me that “when it’s quiet the therapists decide to go home” no mention of anything like that on their website. She then proceeded to tell me to book an appointment in future. Well if this is the case maybe you should make it absolutely clear that you work on an appointment only basis. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied

I had Georgia. I damaged the muscles in my back 2 weeks ago. I was so tight with some massive knots. The strength in Georgia was amazing. She got right in there. I felt a lot of relief afterwards. Thank you Georgia. x

I cannot rate Spa isha highly enough. The therapist was knowledgable and thorough with regards skin concerns - consulting me in a professional manner before my treatment. The products are natural and handmade. (I bought products there after the treatment and I am in love with them).

Had a very relaxing Aromatherapy body massage and a mini facial. My therapist Satjot was very professional and did an amazing job. I love the products used by Spa Isha. I was a regular client at the Hanwell branch and this was my first time at their new location in West Ealing.

Was recommended to contact Dinesh Kotecha after years of unsuccessful treatment for a work related injury. After the first of a three treatment session -which was well over 90 minutes, I returned home ans slept right through the night without waking for the pain in my shoulder. They asked for my feedback the next day and the only pain I felt was thinking - why hadn't I found them sooner ? The two sites I've visited are clean, the aromatherapy & massage oils are lovely, the therapists are friendly, plus the massage itself was very professionally administered. I must stress the last - one needs to relax for such a treatment, always a little disconcerting when you have very few clothes on ! They made sure I was covered and comfortable as they worked the troubled areas. After the second session, I was so pleased to be able to use my arm as I had not done for many years. My work involves physical stress to the body, but the regular sessions with DK help the body recuperate and I'm sleeping much better. Their range of take-home oils and creams work brilliantly on the dry skin, created especially for each client. Can't recommend them enough !
