The facility is big, clean, good light and the staff are well organised and professional and the price is what you usually pay. I've been coming to this place in the last two years. Every masseuse has her own style and are all professional but none of them can give you the healing massage you wish to get. I recently visited somewhere else that I should not advertise here, but I can tell you for sure that you can definitely get better massages other places.

Great massage, no problems with the facilities or atmosphere. I booked and payed online which was straightforward, however the lady told me she would give me an extra half-hour, because I was "so tight" which I was chuffed over. Upon leaving I was forced to pay even though this was not at all agreed. Sneaky business.

Experienced masseuses and nice treatment rooms! I had a deep tissue massage with Adriana (Romanian therapist), shewas great and in the past a sports massage with a Swedish/russian lady, very knowledgeable. Not sure if she still works there. Subscribe to their newsletter to get discounts, when available.

Started going two months ago. Consider myself now a regular. Massage therapists are excellent. They have a very good understanding of the body - have been to three different therapists and all were outstanding. Rooms are clean. Therapists wear masks - standards are high and at affordable prices. Can highly recommend.

Always a relaxing massage at Spa & Massage. Have been a few times, always excellent with friendly staff. I tend to book the de-stress massage which is great. From my experience the masseuse asks my preference on pressure and areas to focus on. Always clean and tidy and offered a drink of water on arrival and a drink (water, tea or coffee) after the massage. Would highly recommend.

First time I’ve been to this branch, and had Tatiana give me a remedial massage. She made me feel comfortable, and secure in her knowledge. It was a calm atmosphere, with friendly staff. They ensured I left happy, and made sure to give me advice to continue on with. Would definitely recommend, and will be returning!

Cristina is absolutely amazing she has done my last two massages, she is so tuned in to what I need each visit! I've visited the Belsize Park branch on two occasions for a 90 min deep tissue massage. On both occasions I've had different therapists and I wasn't disappointed. They were attentive to my problem areas, I fell asleep and was even snoring. I love that the prices are affordable and they send out regular promotional discount codes which is great! I'm definitely going to continue having my massages here. I found the reception staff friendly. I struggle with bright lights and my therapist was more than happy to dim the lights which made the experience even better. May I suggest getting larger fluffy towels and also eye pillows for when we have to turn on our backs to keep our eyes closed. Looking forward to my next 90 min session.
