Used the spa facilities. Fluffy robes, clean facilities and an amazing hot sauna.. This place was a lucky find. Receptionist was respectable and understanding to accommodate both our needs on such short notice. Will book a spa treatment in the future. Social distancing respected and I'm feeling luckily pampered as it was a cold and rainy day.

Stayed the night to celebrate our Anniversary. Had a free room upgrade as it was a special occasion. Rooms had a great view of St. Pauls Cathedral. Spa was very nice, however Sauna and Steam room where closed due to COVID, but that's not the hotels fault. Mad use of the spa services, and the prices where very reasonable for London. Would stay again and thanks for making our Anniversary special.

The spa was super relaxing and the jacuzzi was amazing. We went there in the afternoon and had the entire spa to ourselves!! The massage was the best! Ishiana was really good at making the whole experience relaxing and comfortable. She made sure the pressure was perfect and did a fabulous job. I would definitely recommend this spa to anyone looking for a relaxing experience in Central London. I'll be visiting again soon. Thank you to the entire team at Rena Spa especially Ishiana.

Booked online via spabreaks. The daily pass had a glass of Prosecco, a rope and slippers included with it. None of those were offered to us, just a small towel as none of the big ones were available. Most of the spa utilities were not in use, which is understandable due to the current situation but this was not mentioned to us before we made the payment or at the time of our arrival. The price we paid to the spa turned out to be just for a regular swimming pool with no music or spa atmosphere. Very disappointing

We stay at the Leonardo Hotel where the Rene Spa is located. We did the first treatment two days ago. The girl who did the massage for us was really lovely, but she did not stop talking during the whole treatment and asking questions so we could not relax in the treatment. In addition the air conditioning is exactly on the patient so that it is cold during the treatment, which makes the experience less pleasant. We did the second treatment today. We ordered a 75-minute treatment, which lasted only an hour. My girlfriend really enjoyed the treatment. I less, who did the massage for me was with nails, so during the whole treatment I only felt the nails and not the massage itself. But when she used her elbows then the treatment was fine. Anyway, yes we did say to the spa reception that we did not enjoy the treatments. But I do not think they will do anything with it. For those staying at the Leonardo NYX Hotel, I recommend looking for another spa to do the massage at.

These people just do not answer the phone … I don’t know how anyone actually manages to book an appointment here as I was lucky enough to be able to drop by after work one day. The receptionist said it’s because their phone isn’t working but there’s posts on here from months ago complaining about the phone not being answered. I managed to get through to the main hotel reception (after three days of trying) who then put me through to the spa but they still didn’t answer. I don’t know how the spa actually functions if they’re not even able to take internal calls. Shockingly appalling.
