Beauty & Melody Spa Piccadilly

I have visited Beauty and Melody SPA two weeks ago to get my nails done and they are still perfect! The staff are very professional and they use specific and quality products to prepare the nails to the treatment and to make them shine afterwards. I am totally satisfied with the experience and furthermore the location is superb! The environment is extremely relaxing so even getting your nails done is an unwinding experience. I will be back!

Had a wonderful morning here with my partner, very welcoming receptionists and the masseurs were so lovely and did a great job! The spa is slightly small but it’s more cosy and creates a relaxing atmosphere. We will definitely be returning ☺️

I used a Groupon deal that someone bought me as a gift, which was for spa access and a 30-minute massage. I opted for a hot stone massage. The person doing my massage was friendly and professional and made me feel at ease. The massage itself was very good. The room was relaxing with dimmed lights and music playing throughout the massage. There is a jacuzzi which can fit approx 4 people comfortably, a very hot sauna, and a nicely scented stream room. I liked the size of the jacuzzi as I wouldn't want to share with too many people at once! I went on a Saturday morning which is one of the busiest times and there wasn't a queue for the jacuzzi or any of the other facilities, so I think that access is handled well. Inside the sauna there was a sand timer on the wall which I haven't seen at every spa I've been to, but is a week necessity for ensuring you haven't been in there for too long. There was an outdoor rinse off shower next to the jacuzzi, and another main shower inside the bathroom next to the jacuzzi, which had nice thick tissue inside, shower gel and shampoo. All facilities were nice and clean. A towel was provided free of charge, slippers and a robe for an additional cost. There was a jug of water garnished with fresh fruit slices, which was frequently topped up. There were also apples available. Reception were very helpful throughout the day. By the time I left I felt great, I would definitely return.

A very nice spa in the heart of London - my friend and I had massages this morning and loved every minute. Our masseuses were excellent and very professional. After the massages we spent some time in the jacuzzi which we had to ourselves as not too busy which was nice. Atmosphere was calm and comfortable, just what you'd expect. The only thing that I did miss was the ability to shower properly - the changing rooms are tiny and cramped with no private shower to wash body/hair before going on your way (there is a hot shower to rinse yourself in the public spa area but not a place to wash). I made a Booking with the venue three months ago, since the spa is close they start to cancel my booking and re-booking without leting me know. Right now I´m tired of calling and rescheduling te appointment. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I call them and they say "yes yes of course send me an email" and then no answer I'm tired of caling and send emails without answer Updates: I had my refund

The spa is great! Me and my partner had a very relaxing and wonderful time there. The therapists and receptionist were very kind and offered us the best service. Massage was the best treatment we ever had in comparison with other spas. Highly recommended. See you soon Beauty and melody Team

I had a massage done by Cosmin and it was by far the best massage I have ever received. I have a lot of knots in my back making massages very uncomfortable. Cosmin was able to working on my back in such a way that I was not uncomfortable at all. It was the first time I actually enjoyed a massage.
