Skechers – York york

Went in at 10.00 today, 8th May, was given help to find correct size, only to discover tills not working. They are putting customers goods behind counter and asking them to return later and pay which is all fine and good if you are staying for a few hours. Gave up after over an hour of waiting. Seemed to be no signs warning customers. Store should have been closed temporarily until tills operational. Very annoying and a waste of time.

Went on a Sunday. Manic. Shop far too small to be able to relax and try on. American sizes too so be aware

Good selection of sketchers just watch the sizes as they are not displayed in UK sizes. Service could be better.

This Sketchers outlet store is a struggle to shop. It's very narrow aisles often have large steps blocking the aisle. Size availability is also limited. On the plus side staff are helpful and Sketchers are a great product .

Great prices. Friendly, helpful staff only downside is very cramped aisles made it difficult to find correct size.

Simplicity is always the best. This store is layed out in four aisles, all shoes styles on the top shelf, which is not too high to see or reach. All sizes available directly below. Any queries or professional advice provided by the floor assistants, who really know their stuff. Job done. Great retail experience to be had here.

Needed a new pair of shoes so called in. Attentive staff and reasonable prices compared to the shop in Metro Centre. Managed to get into a 1/2 smaller shoe because of their "relaxed fit" range.

Love this shop. Always buy at least one pair (usually two).

Had to change a pair of trainers. The girl was brilliant.
