I received damaged shoes this was not the fault of the shop but was there responsilbility to claim back for the damages, customer services have been asked 3 times by the store to deal with this issue. It is now well over a month and I have heard nothing from them despite repeated requests from the store and a phone call from myself to the tune of a further 6 quid which is disgusting. I am absolutely furious with shoezone as a company and feel for the poor girl in the shop who has tried her very best for me. I am going to be reporting this matter on to trading standards I have waited patiently and not even swore or shouted once and nothing has been done. SO WISH I COULD RATE MINUS STARS. A FISGUSTING COMPANY.
