Really adore the people that work there. The location isn't easy for me since I've moved out of town but always go to them as I trust them and really like the Manager. my only suggestion would be to bring on a woman or two. That would probably help the business, especially in this day and age.

Very expensive for basic repair £99 upfront with no parts included all they did was glue my computer could have paid £5 for that. They then try to pressure you into paying an extra £200 for a new hard drive and hinge would not go back.

Amazing staff. Super helpful and friendly. Thought my screen and dock system were broken. They replaced the screen and cleaned the dock. So got charged alot less than I was expecting. The phone was repaired within 2 hours. Good prices. Went back multiple times to buy more things because the service was so great. Definitly recommend this place!

After taking my laptop to a different repair store this time, I realise how badly I was ripped off when I used SimplyFixIt! They charged £100 before the technician had even looked at it, then another £100+ for the repairs and time. So they basically charge you twice. When I rang the technician for an update he tried to pressure me into downloading McAfee anti-virus software despite me having made it clear in the shop that I wasn't interested. I give 2 stars because the shop staff are friendly and know what they are doing - it's just a shame they work for such a greedy company.
