I've relied on this team for several years now and they haven't let me down. Excellent customer service for my MacBook Pro, good quality repairs, and the refurbished / upgrades secondhand 2011 Mac they sold me several years ago is still going strong. I go to both the Forrest Rd and Waverley Steps branches and the staff and lovely, smart, helpful, people.

Really disappointing. Went into the store in late December and asked for laptop with suitable spec (graphics card, ram etc) to handle light-medium video editing and light gaming. The guy working there recommended I buy a MacBook 2012 that they had for sale. He insisted this machine would be able to handle the job on multiple times of me asking to confirm. Got the machine and paid £800 or so for it. It was pretty slow from the start, however thought I’d give it a chance. Gaming didn’t work on it, it got incredibly hot and the graphics card couldn’t handle it. Then a few weeks after the 3 months warranty ran out, the hard drive packed up. Now I’m stuck with something that could potentially cost a small fortune to fix, around 6 months after I bought it. Really dissapointed in the service provided and a real waste of my money. 0/5
