The staff at the Brighton branch were super friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to get me the pair of boots I wanted, and made the experience very pleasant. The boots I got are gorgeous and comfortable, a difficult combination to find, and have been very useful during the recent rainy period. Couldn't recommend this store more.

I visited the store in January 2019. I just wanted to look at all the beautiful shoes. The staff were very helpful whilst in store, helpful but not pushy. I will be back when I need more shoes. I can’t believe I have only just found shoe embassy!

Fabulous looking, exquisite quality and supremely comfortable shoes coupled with professional and efficient service. No need to tell you I'm a huge fan!! I have 5 pairs of shoe embassy shoes; loafers, boots and trainers all are superb and I'd both recommend them to others and buy more for myself in a heartbeat.
