Excellent. Used the gait analysis. The guys gave me good advice on my next pair of shoes. Also really like the idea of recycling old shoes to get a £20 voucher. Will definitely use again.

Poor customer service, was made to wait for a very long time before brief interaction with rude employee. Would not recommend!

Crates all over the floor in the shop and boxed trainers in random piles so staff can't find any sizes. Staff member ignored us for half an hour and was so rude and huffing when we asked for help.

Fantastic online purchase experience. I was looking for a new pair of Brooks Ghost to replace my old ones (purchased at Sweatshop in London years ago). I scoured online retailers for the size and width I wanted, and came across Runners Need. Not only was there a decent discount off RRP, but also when the shoes arrived, the guys had chucked a free Puma running high-viz into the box. Really impressed with the service today. Explained the gait analysis process and showed what my ankles were doing while running (they were pretty bad by all accounts). After trying on some new trainers and doing the video process again you could see the difference easily. Looking forward to trying out new purchase on next run.

The customer service at runners need was excellent but it's disappointing that there is still no machine to fit custom insoles especially in Brighton where there is such a need for it.
