Amazing customer service- they did my gait analysis for me this morning and helped me find a great shoe to run my first marathon in. Very friendly and don't pressure you into buying- just give very honest advice! Now I know what shoes to get I will certainly be back in the future (as they unfortunately didn't have them in the colour I wanted today). They also do custom insoles when doing the gait check too.

Excellent shop. The shop assistants are all runners and give advice based on their running experience not to flog stuff.

Very helpful and attentive and I like the running shoes I bought but the really expensive insoles that they molded to my feet during the assessment really hurt my arch on one foot and I can't use them. I tried to give the insoles time and persevered but they never got better so went back to the insoles that came with the shoes and they are much better. I took the fitted insoles back to the store and they gave me a refund so great customer experience and I will shop with them again.

Michael was absolutely fantastic and so helpful with making sure I got the right shoe to fit and went through lots of options for me. He gave me some extra tips and was very welcoming. Highly recommend this shop and Michael!
