One of the BEST customer service experiences I've had! I bought the Shelter Pro Bike (which I LOVE - such a pro piece of equip) - and the commitment to service delivery excellence was stand-out. This team really cares about a great outcome for their customers. A service culture like that shows excellent management for sure. Very highly recommend SHELTER both in studio and at-home with the Pro Bike.

Absolutely love coming on a Sunday Morning to The Shelter, easy all day parking near by and it's quiet. Great for a sauna session, staff are always welcoming and helpful. Really nice inside and it has a great feel to it. 2 person Sauna is a bit small and the AUX doesn't work so I'd recommend bring a little speaker or headphones if you don't like the silence. They leave cold water outside the sauna during your session and the showers/changerooms are incredible. They supply the towels and bag for your sweaty clothes. The price is really good to compared to other places, I can't recommend Shelter more highly.

Tom at Shelter is the absolute best spin teacher! I’ve been consistently going to his classes for several months and cannot say enough good things. He always takes the time to explain best practices for new riders, has different / fun music, and it’s always challenging. He’s significantly improved my endurance and physical ability. Highly recommend!!

First time visiting and the staff member serving was rushing to show and explain where everything was, started the timer for the inferred sauna before my friend that was joining me even arrived. Had another customer drink the water set out in front of hired sauna and was unable to provide more for some time, blow drier was unable to be supplied for use. Same staff member complained about working closing shift was too busy for her and hard to handle. Not a relaxing experience at all felt rushed and a burden to be there for that staff member.
