Amazing service. I was slightly nervous about buying online but the return policy was explained in much detail and I was made to feel at ease. Sun glasses arrived with in two working days. I was very happy with the experience and I would recommend and use again as they were also about £30 cheaper on this site than others I found. X

I ordered a pair of Oakley sunglasses online. The price was the most competitive, payment was easy, safe and secure using Paypal. The dispatch and delivery of the glasses was excellent and the tracking of the parcel was accurate. I would highly recommend Shade Station if you are in the market for some new glasses.

I don't recommend it. Be careful with this shop and their service. I have order sunglasses with a prescription. Sunglasses itself are all good and seem genuine, however, the lenses they have put in them, very bad quality. I have returned them after getting in touch but according to them, it is normal that the lenses have marks on them from the pressure of the frame. And they sent them back. I am now left with a product that I can't really use and need to have them reglazed again.  Very unprofessional. If you only want to buy sunglasses then you can try, but stay away if you want to send them your prescription and have them make your lenses especially for sunglasses.

These guys are pretty amazing. Highly responsive, glasses arrived quickly, able to get a free return when I sent them back in to be altered and came back a day or two later. These guys are pretty amazing - Jermaine

Great experience with my order from Shadestation, not only did they have a price match option when ordering, but also customer service were prompt with information when asked. Delivery was next day and the order process was within the quoted 7-10 days. Very happy with my order, will be ordering from Shadestation from now on.

BEWARE I ordered Ray-Ban prescription sunglasses , I was bit worried about buying from a not well known company but saw a few good reviews , how wrong was I , when they arrived they never had Brand name on glasses lens , the actual prescription lens didn’t fit frame properly and they took nearly 3 weeks , when I wrote back exposing this they said I should have ordered correctly and I’d have to pay more for Ray-Ban lens ?? And I never ticked this option , so after explaining it wasn’t clear on their site they made it clear it was my mistake and nothing they could or was prepared for do ! They offered to refund frame , when I said how shocked I was with their customer care service they said write review and they will reply their version OMG stunned please Don’t Buy From them , !!!!!!

Bought some Sunglasses and they were Spot on . Well packaged , Quick delivery. Good price. 10/10. Would I buy from Shade Station again ? Definitely.

Very pleased with both products and customer service. Changed my mind about a pair of sunglasses, was advised to send them back to swap for a new pair. All done without a fuss and swiftly.

They promise me 48h delivery but the product will arrive like a week later. On their site even if you chose not to display “not on stock” you can still see out of stock products and a lot of products delivery time is like weeks. Waiting for my product to see how legit it is because I have a feeling that it’s ordered from China and quality will be very poor
