I had my second Keratin hair treatment today and it was even better than the 1st treatment! My (previously frizzy) hair feels soft and so manageable, even after a dog walk in drìzzly conditions. Highly recommended x

I recently made a booking to get my nails done through Serenity. I paid the full amount online when booking. However, five days prior to the booking something came up and I was no longer able to make it. I cancelled the booking immediately (so they had 5 days notice) I've sent three emails regarding getting a refund back and nobody has got back to me. It's now been three weeks. I won't be going back.

I first went to Serenity in Dec 18 for biosculpture Gel extensions, i had really really short bitten nails and the extentions were very well done and strong, even though i waited a month until the infills none of the nails broke like i have experienced with stick on tips with gel overlays. I have been once a month since Dec to have infills and have now moved on to just having shellac on my own nails. So far been super impressed with the service and quality of the nails when they are done. Often get compliments on how good they look!

I had a hair cut with Nigit at Serenty. I was really happy with it. I've been there for the first time. Nigit asked me different questions about how I want my hair to be cut and she cut them exactly how I wanted. I would highly reccomend Serenity.

I booked in for 1/2 leg wax and Brazilian, 5 days before my wedding and I’ve been left bruised and sore. The therapist was clearly upset about something as I could hear her crying in the other room whilst I was told to get unchanged In the other. She was forceful on my legs and for the Brazilian has left loads of patches where she said the hair was too short (it was strip wax not hot wax) and the hair around it was the same length and has been waxed off effectively. I’ve never had an experience like this in all of the time I’ve had waxing done, I just wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible. I had to shower when I got home as the wax was left all over my legs and my skin was even bleeding.

this is a robbery i came here with my cousin in the Summer. we both got our nails done and my cousin got her eyelashes done. paid £70 for each of our nails and £120 for the lash extensions. i couldn't get the desired length for my nails as the lady said she could only do short nails and there was nail polish all over our skin and the nails fell off after 3 days. the eyelash extensions were very clumpy and fell out in a couple of days and ripped my cousins eyelashes. we were in the shop for 3 1/2 hours and it wasn’t a friendly atmosphere. do not go to this salon it is a rip off and should be closed down. do not recommend!!!

I had the keratin treatment done here a coupe of days ago and I am so impressed with the results. I have thick and curly hair naturally but it is still as sleek, smooth and straight as it was when I left the salon. Nigit is lovely and made sure she took the time and effort to do the treatment well. The salon is clean, bright and has a welcoming atmosphere. :)

Just visited for a full face thread. I am really happy with the results. Professional people who are obviously skilled at what they do.will deffo come back again!!!

DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE. IT IS A ROBBERY. Charged me £130 for a very poor hair cut + £150 for a keratin treatment that did nothing to my hair. Very unprofessional place, surreal even, not sure what kind of a place this is. While I was sitting there, a girl in her dressing gown who had clearly just woken up came downstairs and to the bathroom I was sitting next to. UNBELIEVABLE. I just wanted to leave, so I paid and left as fast as I could.
