Beauty Box customer since it opened. I've always had a good service by professional staff. Although I am sure it is a real challenge, good Covid19 measures are in place which gives me confidence on every visit.

First time at the salon today. Had a full manicure, shellac nails with white tips, hand massage included. Imogen was really lovely, made me feel very relaxed and was very professional and I am so happy with my nails, they look amazing. Thank you Imogen. I will be coming back soon

I dont have anything negative to say about beauty box. I had an appointment for me and my mum for us to have our nails done. The appointment was a surprise for my mum as it's her birthday and she is unwell. I got a telephone call on Wednesday 26th im the morning saying my appointment had been cancelled due to staff sickness I totally understand that people get sick but I had planned this surprise and other things for my mum. The day was changed I hung up the girl who called me was lovely really lovely she was apologetic and I was upset not for me but for my mum. Later that day I got a phone call from the same lovely lady I had spoken to the same morning she told me that she had a conversation with the owner and she apologised again and said that there would be something for my mum on Friday and they offered me a discount. They really didn't have to do this and I am so very grateful the customer service here is outstanding im still a happy client my mum will have an amazing afternoon on Friday. My mum has the hospital at 14.30 on Friday and we know that the news isn't going to be good so thank you ladies this will be the pick me up she needs. Christina you really did go above and beyond today thank you it was greatly appreciated Kind regards Neive x
