I have been going to Holly for the past few months for a Dermaplane facial, and it has totally transformed my skin! Not only is it smoother (/hairless), but it has also cleared it up! I’ve never seen it in such good condition, and couldn’t recommend it enough. Melissa was really helpful and knowledgeable from the moment I went in the salon for a color patch! She listened to what I wanted to do with my hair but at the same time she gave me her expert advice! It was a long session after 9 months without a haircut, but I felt well looked after and the atmosphere was friendly and relaxed! The result is great, and I left the salon feeling really satisfied! Lovely space and lovely staff. Melissa worked her magic on my hair and I can’t wait to go back to finish what we started! And when it comes to brows, Holly is definitely your girl! Went for a tint and tame and they looked amazing! Would definitely recommend!

I had a brilliant experience with Holly having my eyebrows microbladed and would recommend to anyone thinking of doing the same! She is very professional and lovely to talk to and the results are way better than I could have imagined. Really looking forward to this salon re-opening so I can book again!

The staff are so professional and lovely. This was my first time going to HQ and I don't think I will use any other hairdressers in Bristol now! The staff were so friendly and explained to me exactly what they were doing to my hair. Sarah worked MAGIC on my hair and transformed it from being dull and showing lots of brown root to being super shiny and blonde again. I am so happy, I could not recommend HQ enough.

I had the LVL Lash Lift & Tint with Holly which worked beautifully on my stubborn lashes. Holly is really friendly, lovely to chat to and puts you at ease immediately. She's super reliable too - attending appointments even when on crutches. She provides her service perfectly and it is worth every penny!

Had a wonderful haircut by Melissa. The salon is really clean, and Melissa took her time to give me a really lovely hair cut. And great coffee! I will be back.

She is a great hairdresser and a great person. Always fun and offering coffee or prosecco, she works magic with her hands. I couldn't be happier with my extensions and the other girls did a great job with the color. I recommend this hairdresser 200%, you ask for an appointment, you will not regret it! ❣️
