Absolutely amazing place with the Best Stylists!

Absolutely disgusted at how my sons and I were treated today. First of all, there was no ramp or way of getting into the salon with a pram. Had to leave the door ajar to keep an eye on my twin boys. One lady saw me but decided to ignore me. Then another lady asked if you she could help. I asked if there was availability for my sons to have a trim. She took one look at them and me and said no. The salon was empty!! She made me feel like a piece of dirt and looked down her nose at me. Also, £13 to cut a 2 year old boy's hair... Disgusting!! Will certainly not be recommending this place!!!

Had a terrible job on some highlights in December before my holiday, owner never got back to me to offer the refund I wanted as I obviously didn't want to go back in there to get my color done by them again! I couldn't of gone back anyway as I was due to go on holiday the following day. The roots were patchy and some of it gingery. Absolutely awful

Just had exactly what I didn't want. I asked for a bob haircut and I've got the hair cut from Victoria Beckham in the spice girls band. I wanted a fringe little bit in diagonal, they asked me if I have picture of it, really ! ... I accepted to pay but more the time pass more I regret.

Disgusting customer service. I have been to the store today for the highlights of my hair. I came from 8 miles away to do the hair highlights. I already booked this appointment 2 weeks before. I specially took day off today from my office to attend this appointment and When I booked this appointment they didn't even ask any questions to me and today when I been to the store they said they cannot do highlights today because of the length of my hair. She asked me to go to the different hairdresser and asked me to book appointment with them. Such a rude behaviour. She wasn't even apologised and were rude to me. I am a very regular customer but after today I will never ever recommend this salon to anyone. Such a ridiculous Customer Service.

Every time I go . I come out feeling like a movie star. Love my hair .
