I tried Sephora on Wednesday the 28th of July 2021 at 12.55. My usual place were unable to fit me in and I was going away on the 30th July. I have NEVER has such a shocking experience. Whilst the cuticles were being prepared my skin was cut in a number of places. The gel not only went on my nails but also my toes also, what a mess. Some of the gel came off by the time I got home 10 mins walk. I called back this morning however they are closed . I m sure the young girl who usually works in their Pickering salon is Not EXPERIENCED.A Full refund of my £59 is expected. Watch this space. I have taken photos to show on my return.

2/ 5

Communication was quick and smooth to book an appointment, however I was sent a patch test 4 months out of date which obviously I couldn't use, and by the time I realised it meant I wouldn't be able to get another patch test within the 48 hour period for HD brows. The store did apologise and offer me an appointment at a later date however I will be on holiday by then and was excited to get my brows done before I went. So pretty dissapointed however I do understand mistakes happen and they did apologise and offer an alternative date for the appointment but unfortunately this meant I lost out on this occasion.
