Great salon. The booking was easy and helpful as I was given an appointment for the next day. The service (I went for a wax) was very quick, efficient and professional. Would highly recommend, as the quality of this place is evident!

Easy to book online. The reception area is warm and welcoming, the treatment rooms are clean. Staff are friendly. Sam who did the wax was the perfect combination of friendly, professional, perfectionist and efficient! If I lived in York I'd definitely make this my go-to.

The premises are nice, so was the staff. Unfortunately the end result wasn't as good. I had a wax and there were a lot of hairs remaining, which made the fresh wax look like a weeks regrowth.

This is terrible and unwelcome service that i ever had. I am an international student in the UK, indeed, my English isnt my first language. So I misunderstand and am confused sometime when saying something. If you ever speak in different language and live in another country, you will get nervous all the time when you’d like to book something. Today I received disrespectful and racial insult and discrimination from the receptionist. I think this is bad service for some business which does about (beauty) service.
