Appalling after sales service. My shutter has broken 3 times within a year and each time trying to arrange an engineer to come out is like getting blood out of a stone - calls and emails go unanswered. Go with Roche instead, cheaper prices for the same product and better service.

We have just got a steel door installed- beautiful door. Took about 2.5 months from order to installation but worth the wait. The door comes from Lithuania, hence the time I guess. The stars were Dainius and Erintos, the installers. Brilliant work, professional installation and even left the area very clean and tidy. Highly recommended! Thanks guys!

Had my second door supplied installed by secure house last week. Edmundas was very helpful and professional from start to finish. Quality secure and stylish! We ordered our door after finalising a design and 6-7 weeks later we had it installed! Installation was efficient and very clean.
