Lied to, let down and fed empty promises, that was my experience. The 'designer' Emily wasn't even capable of producing a design for a basic U shaped kitchen. Even had the old 'it must be lost in the post' nonsense. Why go here when you can use Howdens in Craddock Road instead? It's only 4 miles away!!!

Rudeness is a perfect description of this brunch. I came in to source some materials and my mask was not covering fully my nose. A little man with authority called manager comes out of the office and yells at me angrily "you need to cover your nose". No hello, no please, no could you, no thank you. Cherry on top, when I mentioned it to the cashier she replied with a simple yes in perfect accord with her manager. No apology, no nothing. Howdens these attitudes stain your good name.
