Never had a bad experience in Schuh, the staff are very helpful & pleasant. The shop was very busy today but we found a member of staff very quickly & the service was very efficient.

Always seem to have plenty of friendly helpful staff in store. They will happily order something for you if it's not in stock in the store. This place does email reciepts so you don't need to worry about losing a little bit of paper.

Helped by Iona today, excellent service and an asset to the store, nothing was too much trouble... even attempted to help us old farts with our tech! Hope the store appreciate this great lady.

I came into the store confused about my shoe size and unsure how I’d fit in converse. Johnny was incredible helping me find the right size and explaining the difference. Loved how friendly the staff were and this will now be my go to store for shoes!

I went in to the store yesterday and the staff are so lovely! My receipt says I was served by Mia, who was so helpful and very friendly. my friend was served by another member of staff (sorry I didn’t get her name) but just as lovely. Thankyou for your help!

My boyfriend and I went in to get some Dr martens, we were helped my Olivia and the manager (so sorry I don't remember your name) but they were the loveliest people EVER!
