I requested a breakdown of pricing for repair of my door entry system. Having established that there would be no charge for the estimate and a more affordable hourly rate for work required, than other companies contacted, I agreed a visit. Engineer arrived promptly after phoning in advance to inform me when he would be arriving. He established and fixed the problem within a few minutes. A lovely gentleman who advised me about other entry systems available but I didn’t feel at all pressurised to purchase anything immediately. The person I contacted in the first place was also very helpful from beginning to completion of our discussion. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for this type of assistance. They are well named.

I would highly recommend Safe, Simple, Secure. They installed a security system upgrade to our home and we now have significantly enhanced features to our alarm system. This was handled very professionally from the original point of contact through to completion of installation. All email correspondence is replied to in a very prompt and timely manner. Another nice touch is receiving a text message confirming system engineer name and that they are on their way. Excellent customer service throughout, with great attention to detail. Fantastic Job !.

They were very quick to respond to enquiries during the process. They had to come back because of unexpected issues with the existing fire alarm but they came back with new quote and new appointment date on the same day. They were quick and professional and prices were as you would expect for the type of work and products. Everyone was very nice and helpful throughout. Would recommend.
