Would thoroughly recommend this place for repairing anything remotely guitar related! Paul certainly seems to know his stuff and attached my power supply to my pedalboard for absolutely nothing! A very friendly place and I’ll almost certainly be back!

All staff are super friendly and are willing to have a blether about guitars. They do a really great job on anything you could possibly ask them to do with your guitar and all for a reasonable price.

Very quick to respond to my questions and incredibly helpful. Once my guitar was in the service was very quick and the quality of the work seems to be exceptional. Not only did they resolve my issue but they gave my guitar the deep clean it desperately needed. Would definitely recommend and use again myself.

Being a beginner and knowing very little about guitars, I took my new guitar in to get a once over to make sure it was all set up correctly. Paul was up front about the fact that it didn't need anything done to it, and also gave me some really useful tips on care and maintenance. All in all seems a great place, and I will definitely go back when something actually needs done!

I found a beautiful mandolin in a charity shop which was in need of some care and attention. I picked it up last week and it has been lovingly restored and looks quite beautiful. I know that Paul had spent ages on it and the repair wasn't easy. It was far too good for a novice like me, so I gave it to my neighbour who plays the banjo and mandolin. In his words "Just a wee text to say thank you so much for the mandolin. I love my music , and I can assure you that it will be cherished and loved and most importantly will be played." He saw the mandolin before it went in to be repaired and is so delighted. Paul clearly has a wonderful passion for music and the instruments he plays and repairs and this simply shines through....so delighted was I that I enrolled for my first guitar lesson while I was there!
