Really poor service, huge wait times, they've lost parcels on many occasions and even given me other people's parcels from completely different addresses. Why do they close at 2pm? Also, the staff seem to make the rules up for collection as and whenever they like, it's bizarre, and all very frustrating.

Despite it claiming on the company website that I can pick up my parcel without a delivery card, as long as I have proof via email or text message. No card was delivered through my door but I recieved a text saying delivery had been attempted. I was then told at this sorting office that I couldn't pick up my parcel without the card. Useless and unhelpful staff.

Tried calling, unable talk to a person and nothing on the machine relates to my problem. I even tried doing a survey at the end, but they played music for so long I cut the phone.
