The first time I ordered there was good customer services and lovely books. The second time the book didn't arrive and despite promises to source another similar edition at the same price this never happened. I can't even begin to explain how disappointing the loss of this book was or the false promises to source another. In the end they stopped replying and when I left them accurate but negative feedback they somehow persuaded ebay to remove it!
