Waterstones bath

A lovely building and helpful staff. Willing to order books in if they do not have them in stock. Has a lift. Nice customer cafe with good loose leaf herbal teas and I like the cheese straws!

A really nice Waterstones store. This is a great place to escape the crowds and immerse yourself in the world of literary greats!

As Waterstones go this is a brilliant one. Particularly large childrens section. Friendly knowledgeable staff on hand to help with recommendations. Well worth a visit. Warning time disappears in the shop as you can get lost exploring all there is on offer.

Quite a small bookshop for the location but still have the high quality look and feel every Waterstones should have. One sales assistant was lovely and helpful, the lady who served me at the till was taking to someone else while serving me though and very grumpy.... So want too impressed with that... Apart from that great shop.

Surprisingly good collection of games for sale! And obviously a great book store too.

Might as well have been any other Waterstones in the country. It might cater for some subjects well, but if, like me, you are interested in chess, then all you get is the same 3 or 4 books books for beginners (at least one of which was first printed in 1950!) and one more advanced book (which appears to be the same one at whatever Waterstones I've been to). Buying online is preferable.

Good range of books but had to wait quite a while for someone to appear to take my money.

Good for a browse with added adi of Cafe on upper floor. Nice tea and coffee at reasonable prices

Had a cup of tea with friends and then looked around, good selection of good and books, staff friendly.

Great choice and even found the photo album we needed, which was SO unexpected.
