Robinsons handled the UK end of a relocation from the UAE from unloading, customs clearance and storage to final delivery. Communications from Robinsons were pro-active and regular. The final delivery team arrived early and managed to deliver all 41 cartons and crates to a second floor flat, without the aid of a lift, with smiles on their faces and no breakages.

They had everything packed on the day of the move before 11am and did everything to get us unpacked within an hour and a half after our sellers delayed our moving in until 3pm on the day of the move. They were also one of the most competitive on pricing. All round excellent.

We had a great experience with Robinsons Removals. The sales team were really quick to respond to my initial enquiry with all the information required. On the day the removal crew were amazing, they arrived on time and were friendly and professional. They put me at ease and I definitely felt more relaxed. All our items were delivered safely with no damage. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
