Robinsons handled the UK end of a relocation from the UAE from unloading, customs clearance and storage to final delivery. Communications from Robinsons were pro-active and regular. The final delivery team arrived early and managed to deliver all 41 cartons and crates to a second floor flat, without the aid of a lift, with smiles on their faces and no breakages.

Would not recommend, made a total hash of move and storage refused insurance claim for damages, what else is there to say, very poor, would not recommend.

These guys were absolutely amazing for us,. can't recommend them highly enough. They had everything packed on the day of the move before 11am and did everything to get us unpacked within an hour and a half after our sellers delayed our moving in until 3pm on the day of the move. They were also one of the most competitive on pricing. All round excellent.
