I have been having private yoga classes with Sam for nearly 10 weeks now – and I love it! As a mum of eighteen month old twins I don’t have a lot of time to myself and, with my husband often away with work, getting to a class is pretty much impossible. But Sam brings so much more than convenience. Every week her classes maintain continuity so that I am building my practice capabilities but they are also tailored to my needs – am I even more knackered than usual! Am I feeling tense in a particular area or have I got a busy head. Her teaching style is very natural, calm and relaxing. She is knowledgeable, enthusiastic and encouraging with a practical approach and a sense of humour. I am learning the positions and moves but also learning to listen to what my body is telling me – this stays with me during the week between classes, reminding me to be kind to myself and breathe.

A massage from Sam is always a treat. She seems to intuitively know where you need more attention and just how much pressure to apply. Whether I have had a massage purely for relaxation or to work out any aches and pains, I always leave feeling revived. With life being so busy, a massage with Sam feels like you are entering a sanctuary of peace and I always feel that she is genuinely interested in me. She really cares and I leave feeling that I have had her undivided attention and that she has made a positive change to the way I feel.

5/ 5

I've been having regular sessions with Sam for some time now and she's far and away the best massage therapist I've ever been to. Through a combination of questioning, experience and instinct, she always seems to know exactly what I need on a particular day, whether it's tension release, working on a specific area that's causing pain, or just a relaxing treat. I always come away feeling warmer, calmer, more flexible or more energised – sometimes all of the above! After a session with Sam I also feel mentally, emotionally and even physically lighter. A true holistic experience.

I had a holistic massage with Sam and another one with Sharmila [who also offers pregnancy and baby massage] and I seriously haven't felt that relaxed since ages. Proper consultation & great results. I'll be back! : )
